This Privacy Policy describes the types of information collected and processed by ECHOMIND PTE. LTD. and its affiliates("SoMate,""we,""us",and/or"our")from you and details how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as how you can manage your data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the SoMate mobile application, web application,the somate.love website, and other related services(collectively, the"Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should immediately stop accessing or using the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information when you use SoMate to provide a better service experience.

Information You Provide

• Account Information: You may log in using your existing Google or Apple account. Upon logging in, a SoMate account is automatically created, and we collect information related to your login account, as well as details about you(depending on the account settings you have chosen on Google or Apple). In some countries or regions, you may log in using a mobile phone number, in which case we will collect your mobile phone number and verification code.
• Profile Information: You may choose to provide a nickname, gender, avatar preference settings, and other details to personalize your experience.
• Chat and Interaction Content: The chat content, voice messages, uploaded images, and other interaction data you exchange with Al Characters on SoMate are collected to enhance the Al experience and make it more personalized. Users can delete their chat history with Al Characters at any time, and we not retain deleted chat content.
• Interests and Preferences: You can set your preferred preferences within your SoMate profile, such as the gender of Al Characters you are interested in or preferred conversation topics. The system may also adjust recommendations based on your usage behavior.
• Payment and Subscription Information: If you purchase a SoMate subscription or virtual goods, our payment processors(such as Apple, Google Pay, or Stripe) will collect and process your payment information. We do not store your credit card information but will retain your purchase records.

Information We Collect Automatically

While you use SoMate, we may automatically collect the following data:

• Device and Technical Information: This includes your device type, device model, operating system, unique device identifiers(such as IDFA or Android ID),IP address,language settings,browser type,and other technical details.
• Usage Data: We collect behavioral data related to how you use the application, such as usage time, clicked buttons, accessed pages, and interaction methods to optimize user experience.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect some of this data, provide personalized recommendations, and improve service experiences. Our advertising partners may also use such technologies to collect limited information about your device and interactions with our Services, such as clicked links, visited pages,IP addresses, advertising IDs, and browser types. However, they will never have access to your conversations with Al Characters or any information or content you submit through the application.

• To provide SoMate services and maintain and optimize the Al Character experience, making conversations more personalized.
• To manage your account, including login access, profile management, and preference settings.
• To process payments and transactions, including managing subscriptions,virtual goods purchases, payments, and refunds.
• To personalize your experience by optimizing Al Character conversations and recommendation content based on your interests and interactions.
• To enhance SoMate's product experience, analyze user behavior, and improve Al Character quality and overall user satisfaction.
• To ensure security and compliance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal requirements, and maintain system security.
• To provide customer support, including assisting users with issues such as account management, data deletion, and reporting content.
• To send notifications and promotional information, including service updates personalized recommendations, and marketing messages(only if you have consented).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information but may share your data in the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We may work with service providers for cloud storage, data analysis, payment processing, and other functions.These partners are only authorized to process your data as instructed by us and are not allowed to use it for any other purpose.
• With Advertising and Analytics Partners: We may share anonymized data with partners like Google Analytics to optimize our products and user experience.
• To Comply with Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or requested by law enforcement authorities, such as responding to legal processes, protecting user safety, investigating fraud, or addressing violations.

• Deleting Chat History: You may delete your chat history with AI Characters at any time, and we will not retain deleted data.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your account via"Profile-Delete Account"within the app or request account deletion by contacting our team. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed unless required by law.Account deletion is irreversible-please proceed with caution.
• Reporting or Flagging AI Characters: If an AI Character behaves in a way that does not meet your expectations, you can report or flag the Al within the app. Our team will review the relevant content.
• Accessing and Modifying Your Information: You can update your profile,adjust preferences, or change account details at any time within the app.
• Opting Out of Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking"Unsubscribe" in the email or adjust notification settings within the app.

6. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your data may be stored in Singapore, the United States, or other countries where we operate servers. Please note that some countries' data protection laws may differ from those in your country. We take appropriate measures to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Protection of Minors

SoMate is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor under 18 has created an account, we will immediately block access and delete the account and related data. If you become aware that a minor under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will promptly verify and remove such data from our database.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the SoMate app and website with an effective date.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
